Official Guidebook & DVD Box, known as “Daigyo-bako,” was released in July 2024.

The original retail price was 4,950 JPY (approximately $31 USD).

This is a premium box set that includes an official guidebook and a bonus DVD for the anime adaptation of MONSTERS, a short story originally created by Eiichiro Oda.

For About 18 Months, the Price Barely Moved

From its release until recently, roughly a year and a half,
Ryuma P-072 technically had a market price, but it remained very low around $3 USD in most transactions.

Even sealed, brand-new DVD box sets were often selling below retail price,
and overall market interest was fairly quiet during this period.

Everything Changed on January 13, 2026

Around January 13, 2026, the situation changed dramatically.

Interest in Ryuma P-072 suddenly surged, and the Japanese market price rapidly increased.
As of now, the card is trading at around 19,000 JPY($120 USD), and prices are still rising.

At the same time, the deluxe box itself has largely sold out at retail stores.
Since this is a 2024 release with no planned reprint, availability is now extremely limited.

As a result, this card has effectively become a newly established high-value promo in the market.
